October 4, 2017

Join me for an exciting day that begins with a visit to an artist's studio and continues on to explore painting and drawing at two Chicago galleries.

Come see the studio of Mika Horibuchi, whose meditative paintings explore human perception. In June 2016, Time Out wrote an article about Mika's art entitled "Seven badass female artists who are changing the world." Her work is exhibited throughout Chicago and Los Angeles. At Kavi Gupta Gallery you will see the beautiful paintings of Gerald Williams, a founding member of the AfriCOBRA group. His work is historically significant and extremely powerful. Williams is currently featured in an exhibit at the Tate Modern. Zolla Lieberman Gallery will be exhibiting the provocative work of prominent Chicago artist Phyllis Bramson, whose sensual paintings create a rich visual poetry. Enjoy lunch at the delicious Farmhouse Restaurant.

Broaden your knowledge of art and explore Chicago's art community in a small group atmosphere, with personalized attention.
